Did I get it right, and Ewan wasn't in that picture originally? Because if he wasn't, that's... incredible. Looks very real.

(Well, it's incredible anyway, but that's not the point...)

Yes, that's right! It's a pic of him as Iago edited together with a still from Game of Thrones, which he isn't in (although I think it might kill me if he was).

okay, this post is soooooooo completely MADE OF AWESOME! that it needs two responses!

Response #1 - the one where i gush about how amazingly brilliant and talented and creative and gifted you are - because you ARE! omgosh Anne! this is sooooo fantastic! seriously, its flawless! Whoever commented ^ up there about not knowing that Ewan wasn’t really there is right! If you didn’t already know, you wouldn’t know! You’re amazing with this stuff, really!!!

I love all of them, I do! But, I think my favorites are the one with the framing/decorative border and the no border one with more of the blue coloring… gorgeous! Really brings out their eyes! *swoons*

i really like your icon too, did you make it?

And response #2 - the one where I gush like a RIDICULOUS fangirl about how much I absolutely ADORE you for making this for me because really, i mean LOOK AT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!*GUH*!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE it, I LOVE it, I LOVE it!!!!!!! It WILL be the first wallpaper, in a very long time, that hasn’t been one of my wee girlies! :) just gorgeous! Gorgeous!

Heehee! I was so impatient for you to see it, like stupidly giddy. OMG what it wrong with us?. lol.

You know, I watched the Comic Con panel clips the other day while I was filing my paperwork and I was really struck by the sense that Thrones as a project really values the fans. That's such a lovely and refreshing change for me, having put up with Star Wars and a creator who seems to see the fans as little more than a herd of cash cows, and has so little respect for plot continuity or the integrity of beloved characters, and prefers CGI over good acting. I think I've been getting weary of that SW fandom for a while, but it's only seeing Thrones that has made me realise what meagre rations SW fans survive on. No wonder the people of Westeros blew me away! It's like GRRM came along and said and this is how it should be done.Now we just need Ewan in Season 3, and it will be perfect ( ... )
