I'm seriously considering going to medical and telling them that I can't take these vertigo attacks. Honestly I don't know what's causing them and I don't really care, but it's getting to the point where it is a constant thing. I was watching that Mystery Diagnosis show once, and they had a lady on there who had something like that. While she was in motion everything was fine, but when she was just sitting still, or even sometimes just walking, she'd have real bad vertigo attacks. It had to do with flying. She had just recently been on a trip somewhere. I don't remember what exactly was causing it, or what it was called, though. =[ Wish I could remember!

Let me tell you it sucks hardcore. For me it's getting up too fast or moving my head just right so that it feels like my brain is swimming in my head. Oh, that and when my detachment runs in formation and we have to circle back to get people when we go in a tight little circle for too long it causes me to have vertigo.
Speaking of that, I nearly had one today. A buddy of mine was weaving in and out when we were running in formation I had to yell at him to stop otherwise it would have been bad news for me.
