hey I just thought I'd mention that I read people's blogs via an RSS reader (and not a web browser). friends-only pretty much means I won't think to read it anymore, because the rss reader can't see it. so when you post something, tell me, or I'll forget to come look.

So it turns out (sorry, I'm a total dingbat for not checking FIRST) that I can read protected entries via rss by doing this:

http://username:password@www.livejournal.com/users/myalecia/data/rss

which hopefully will work and you need to post another entry so I can test it please k thanks.
