Chapter 1 of 'Pandora's Paradox' has now been beta-ed and posted to FIA. Huge hugs and thanks to Dragonsangel68 for the beta, and also because I couldn't have come up with the title without her and our enlightening IM session. For anyone not familiar with the myth of Pandora, in Greek mythology, Pandora was the first woman on earth. Zeus ordered ( Read more... )

I'm intrigued - very much so - to see where this is heading. I bounced over from FIA in order to get a peek at Chapter 2, and I'm glad I did. Will look forward to the next update!

(Mind if I friend you, by the way?)

Gosh, way to have another cliffhanger. Did dragonsangel68 put you up to this again? Eh? *beady eyes*

But anyways, I have to say that this chapter was much less squickier than the last one - and it's got me curious and thirsting for more. Your descriptions, as usual, are superb.

By the by, has your muse for Ex Ir returned?

I'm horrid for Cliffhangers. Jen didn't put me up to this one, although she did very kindly beta read it for me.

The story will get progressively less squickier - the first chapter was definitely the worst for squicking.

My muse for Ex Ir is still in hiding, but I'm giving all my bunnies a sound thrashing at the moment (in between lusting after recurved bows, working and socialising).

Well, the muse for this story better not play hide-and-seek with you like the one for Ex Ir is doing. >.< I love Ex Ir. I was just thinking about going back and rereading some chapters. Cursed homework.

I love Exquisite Irony too - I was having a re-read myself the other night and it still makes me warm and fuzzy when I read it. *sighs* Ex Ir is planned to the end, however my fic writing is like writing under the influence of Felix Felicis - only one small part of the plot fabric is revealed at any one time, so when I write stuff and appear to go off at a tangent, it will all eventually lead back to the desired conclusion but it takes much longer than I expected.

Cliffhangers are the way forward - how else do I keep my readers salivating? Two chapters in 2 weeks is damn good going! LOL
