i started to look around for christmas stuff this year since we'll be celebrating here instead of san diego and I'M HOSTING! yay. it should be fun and since tara is at that age where she can appreciate these holidays plus i want to start our own traditions.

tara took a liking to the best of lauryn hill cd. she sounds so cute trying to sing along. she is the next american idol in the making :)

september is almost over and soon the holidays will come! i can't wait.

past couple weeks have been busy. enjoyed my birthday with the other september babies: jodi and rany! good times.

work has been good...very busy but good.

tara is good.

terence is good.

oreo is good.

i'm just glad it's friday. my weekend begins at 3:00 pm today.

got the call yesterday afternoon and it was the best news i've heard for a while. now we are all set til the 8th grade.

yay. now it's time go school shop for tara!

over the weekend i became involved in a he-said-she-said conversation and it was not my choice. i have dealt with the situation yesterday and part of this morning as i received an email from one of the people involved. this was on a personal and business level which i feel is ridiculous! i'm not going to get into details but this is all too ( Read more... )

got up at 3:30 this morning to get ready to take mariane to the airport. when we get there we go straight to the ticketless check-in as the line is way shorter. when i entered in all her info it kept saying "error." okay...so we give the info to the attendant...she looks up the info...then she says "oh, you don't fly out till tomorrow ( Read more... )

mariane's last day will be tomorrow. she leaves for home tuesday morning. going to miss her a bunch. i wish my family lived here or vice versa. it's a good feeling when i'm with them. hopefully they can make it up for christmas! i know that is 4 months away but i'm looking forward to hosting christmas at our house and starting our own tradition.
