Absenteeism

Howdy all -- I know, I know ... I haven't posted in over three months and then come traipsing back in here all posies and praise without an excuse and expect a single soul to give a shit what it is I'm writing -- Well, if it makes all feel better, I don't really expect you to read it. (But you are certainly more than welcome to do so, should you ( Read more... )

That's basically just how I feel about Thanksgiving. Hang out, eat some food, and catch up with nutty relatives.

And no worries about your absence, you're thinking for three so you have a valid excuse.

Good to see you back! I think you have quite the acceptable excuse for not posting, what with the nourishing three human lives at once and all. I am sorry to have caused you whip out the biggest finger with the snow I brought with me, but I am not too sorry, for I know how much satisfaction you get from that particular gesture.
Hope to get to see you and Jas on Friday, or Saturday if Friday doesn't work, it will be really good to see you guys.
Cawl ME!

C'mon man! She's talkin' about the state peknuckle tournament on Saturday! Get with the program!. JEEZ WHIZ on crackers.

And Hollie...

Flip 'em all off, FUCKERS! Well not the nice ones, but you know what I mean.

And I'm sorry about the whole pregnancy thing, twins and all. I swear I kicked Jas in lou lou's like a million times, just to keep someone like you from going through this. I guess next time I see him I'll just have to kick a little harder. :)

Of course I'm speaking of peknuckle, dammit! I mean seriously, everybody knows you don't have a snowball's chance in hell of winning that one!

LOL ;-)

It's good to see you around! Glad to see you are doing better.

About the Diabeties thing... They thought Monica had it too, but it turned out that she just had been eating too much sugar. (includes soda and juice) We cut all the sugar out of her diet, and took another test... Bingo. All normal.

However, given the fact that you have 2 and your body chemistry is entirely different... Well, who am I to second guess the doctors.

BTW... Are they identical or Fraternal?

OH... Monika is due at any time now. She is getting irregular contractions, and is already dilated at least 2 cm. Could be as soon as tommrow, or several days.

I'm sweating buckets over here!!!

They're identical. May Almighty God have mercy on our souls.

Well, Kenneth, I believe they are probably right as I most normally don't eat that many sugary foods, unless it is a special family occasion, and the last time I had sugar-type soda was at your house and it had been several months before that that I had drank any soda at all. All this information coupled with the fact that I lost over 10 pounds in the last month and, although I am on a closely restricted diet my body keeps producing excessive amounts of glucose (and yes, I said producing high levels of glucose) and insulin, it seems my tissues just don't know what to do with either at this point! So, gestational diabetes it is -- and it does suck that it came right in time for the holidays what with my family being french and all (pastries at Christmas, tortes, rolls, pies at thanksgiving - you get the idea ( ... )
