Bailey's has cream in it, which works with the milkshakes very nicely AND it's Irish.

Also, I am half Irish, so I feel that is sufficiently authentic for this particular enterprise :)

I was going to have a glass of Baileys this evening, until I remembered I had gin & some fresh lemonade that wanted drinking up. Fortunately, this was a match made in heaven, to such an extent I may need to buy more of the lemonade just for gin purposes. (It's far lemonier than I can make myself)
