new site is up. just about finished, a few more tweaks here and there....the home page is still bothering me. changed it 5 fucking times now. UGH.

Oh Pookie! I had no idea how versitle your talents are. And I absolutely LOVE what you did with my photo. Might need you to send it to me so I can use it for a backdrop or something.
In terms of the site, I don't know much about what compines are looking for in your field, but the writing was good. The site was easy to navigate through and showed a wide specturm of your work. I also enjoyed how you mixed in some hillarous comparisons in your writing to make you sound more human and less like a robot.
I think its great! and I'm not just saying that to get in your pants. heehee ;p oxoxo

sheesh! pretty impressive stuff you got there. the only suggestion that i can think of is that you list a few audio programs under your software expertise, but have no audio bits to listen to (or maybe i missed them?). maybe time to post a few?

which reminds me (ugh) i really gotta get crackin' on my portfolio...

hmmmm. no, i didnt include any audio stuff, nor any video...fact is i left ALOT of stuff out. i had to can 1/2 the work i was thinking of including because it started getting out of hand. I think I was going for a more compact, lighter quick portfolio shpeel cuz I honestly dont have alot of time to devote to creating a large monster. i just need this to serve one immediate purpose right now and thats to get a different job lol.

another thing i just thought of - the gif on your homepage is really small when viewed on screen. something with that amount of fine detail should be larger. also the huge amount of negative space around the image makes it feel cramped/crammed together.

shit. really? i whipped up the gif on the index page here at home and the monitor resolution is set differently than my one at work. on my screen it looks like right size but i guess on those that have higher settings that shit looks too small huh? What about the text in the bio section? is that too small on your end?

yeah. i'm viewing on a shitty old crt at 1024x768 and the image takes up about 1/5th of the window right in the middle. i imagine people with newer widescreens or hd are seeing a really small image. all of the other images and test were ok.

i just checked it out on the imacs at school and it's definitely too small for these widescreens.
