i've learned to let go of most of my emotions. I've changed from being a very andry easily set off person to a much happier more civil landon. I've learned not to let people get to me and when I'm just brush it off rather than letting it boil up and explode on an unsuspecting victim. I'm much happier, or maybe just apathetic.
