I thought the old guy with the electric guitar was fitting. Cebu, after all, is home to the best rock scene in the Philippines (I heard this from none other than Chicoy Pura himself [frontman for the Jerks, one of the greatest of all time]).

Cebu does have a great rock scene. The old guy wasn't bad, just odd. XP
