Ughhh trying not to freak myself out

I took Tylenol PM because I got bug bites all
over me and can't stop itching.

Then it was getting waaaay worse so I took half a dose of Benedryl.

Now I am worried I shouldn't have done that!!!!

I hate being pregnant an constantly worrying I am hurting my son.

I have like 20 bug bites from who knows what I am DYING

I think it should be okay? There's 25 mg of diphenhydramine in a capsule or tablet of Tylenol PM, and 25 mg of diphenydramine in a Benadryl, so that's... shit. I seriously just had to pull out a calculator for this. That's only 37.5 mg of diphenydramine total, and 50 is the usual max dose in general. I think it's one of those drugs that's considered generally safe for pregnant women though of course shouldn't be taken too much of just to be on the safe side (a "class B" pregnancy drug).

I'd be freaking out all the time, myself, but I think you're good ;)

I am, in fact, freaking out all the time. If this baby doesn't make it to outlive me, I don't know what I will do!
