For me, it's totally dependent on being in a relationship. When I was single, a few times a week (I'd have fallen into the "more than once a week, but less than once a day" category), but now that I am in a relationship/married, it's very rarely because that need, erm...gets met without me having to take matters into my own hands, so to speak.
