Aiden may seem to understand you, Viv, but be weary, us humans... we can be understanding, and we can talk a lot of smack about being open minded and such, but beware, we scare easily too, just dont reveal to much with this dude, could cause trouble.

As for Rafe and Gabriel, watch Rafe like a hawk, I wouldnt trust that boy as far as I could throw him.

I agree that you should get to know Aiden more before you reveal anything. He will undoubtedly be frightened and maybe even angry, so I would be prepared for such a response. Your "secret", if I may refer to it as such, is only a part of you. You are a person beside that. Let him learn about you for you and come to accept you before you reveal anything. If he cares for you, you can only hope he will understand.

But be aware that, as tpod says, you could be putting him in danger. Just go about it carefully. Just as you are keeping a secret from Aiden, you must keep this a secret from the pack.

if the only ones close to your age is rafe and the 5 -- does that mean everyone else died? that there are no other girls to grow up and marry and have babies? or can your people intermarry with humans and have babies?

Sounds like you like the guy. ^^ I've gotta say, you could certainly find someone who'll accept you for who and what you are Viv. Whether it's this guy, I have no idea since I've never met him, but it could be. But like others've said here, just be wary about it.

As for the Five, and the killing... could you, uh, sniff out their trail or something like that? Might lead you to the body if you could.
