somewhere far-off, peaceful, sleeping

I think I'm going to do it. I think I'm going to meet him. You're right -- if I don't, he's going to think there's something more going on. He's suspicious enough that he might decide to start investigating, and who knows what danger he'd be in then ( Read more... )

Good luck hon, I hope that it all works out. And you are right, the experience is what matters.

And I agree with others here, it is good that Gabriel seems to be finally catching up on what Rafe is up to. Hopefully he does something about it before things get even worse...

Oh, I don't even want to think about pack politics tonight. I'll deal with that tomorrow. Or later. Tonight I just want to sit here and just remember last night -- I feel like the top of my head's going to pop off or something. :)

With all that you have been stressed over as of late, I am very excited to see you so happy. Enjoy the happy thoughts^_^

I am! I'm not going to think about things, and i'm not going to worry about things, and I'm going to forget how scared I am and how stupid all of this really is and worry about it tomorrow. Last night was wonderful and I have all these happy memories and that's enough. (For now, at least.)

Well you can try to convince him that you're boring and not that interesting, but you know, that never works - and besides, it's not honest to either of you. Just be honest and tell him the reality; that he's in danger if he pursues this any further. You would only need to tell him what happened to your family if he wants proof that this is not you being hysterical or overdramatic.

I did tell him that, but I don't think he believed me. I mean, it does sound kind of crazy, right? All he knows is that I have a crazy overprotective family, and I think he wants to -- I don't know, help save me or something.

I'm scared, but -- oh, last night was so nice. I shouldn't see him again. I know I shouldn't. But at least I have tonight to remember!

I know, and I know I have to be careful, and I know I shouldn't see him again, but -- but! Oh, last night was so much fun.

I keep trying to tell myself that. There's something to learn here, right? All of you can't be wrong.

Good for you! Though I agree with several people that trying to convince Aiden your something you're not isn't a great idea. Perhaps if you tell him a seemingly full story he'll lose suspicion, his interest is another story.
You could just break it off like him as you suggested, though if you tell him he's in danger he'll ask questions.
He's not staying in Europe long right? So even if you do have some time to get to know him, it will all be in good fun, nothing serious.
I hope you enjoy it.

You know, this is going to sound stupid, but -- I don't know how long he's going to be here!

I know he moves around a lot, from place to place -- maybe he's settling here for a while. Maybe he's just here for a bit. I don't know. I'm going to have to find out before I do something stupid, right?

I can't believe I didn't think of that. You guys are smarter than I am!
