Gah, did you have to pick MY first name? I have enough trouble with Pretty Woman and I Love Lucy references already. And now we gotta add werewolves into the mix?

*sigh*...

Don't talk to this person, talk to the author of the BOOK. Most people just choose names randomly.

Hi! I found this community via my friends list. The story sounds like something I'd really be interested in, so I went to my favorite online bookseller to look up the book.

Problem: I find multiple hits for this title. I don't see the author listed on this community's profile page, nor do I see it on the comm itself. (I haven't visited the movie's website because I'm having problems with media-rich material on my current internet access). Can you tell me who wrote the book? It also might be a good idea to list the author in this journal, if the movie company permits.

Also--I noticed that you are alternating between "Blood and Chocolate" and "Blood & Chocolate". This is a possible branding issue, so I'd encourage you to find out which is actually used by the movie, and make sure you stick to using it.

Hi. The author of the book is Annette Curtis Klause. I'll add this info to the profile; thanks!

The title of the book uses "and", while the movie uses both "and" and "&" in a few different places (the official movie site, IMDB, wikipedia, etc.). I'll check to see if we should be using just one, and not the other.

I just wanted to say that I'm so sad at how this book is bring totally butchered. This is one of my favorite short novels, and ... I'm just so sad. I know that you, the maintainer, have no say over how the movie is made and such, but ... I just had to say it to someone. ^_^

Um.

I'm a geek who picked up this book by accident one day during a rushed library visit and fell in love. When I saw this comm. I had to see what was up; I squeed my pants when Irealized I got to talk to Viv. So I did.

Now I'm back tracking and all that because I have no clue what continuity we're in and I find this. Am I missing something? Was there a sequel my library didn't pick up or a really, er, liberated revamp of the story? It looks...well, I don't want to judge, and anyway most book-movies are allowed some creative freedom, but.... Well, I wasn't expecting that.

Thanks, mod, for posting it anyway. Let's me know what I got myself into. Have to go remodel my fan-brain now.
