its actually called CKD (cyclicle ketogenic diet).. so my body is in ketosis during the week. It works for fat loss while maintaining muscle. Its hard for most people, but easy for me for some reason. So many restrictions that its easy for me to stay on track. Basically lots of fats, moderate protein, and next to no carbs (about 15-20g a day. Not Net carbs, full carbs) during the week, and then lots of carbs, low fat on the weekends. The only thing thats hard about it is the amount of calories you consume... its a lot! Im supposed to hit 1920, but thats just too much, unless i binge lol.
