I haven't done the stair stepper...my gym doesn't have one! I just got into the swing of the elliptical though, maybe that and running will help?

Ok, here's the thing. Just stay strong and keep doing what you're doing. The weight's got to come off sooner or later, right?
Do you do the stair stepper ever? That's really really great for toning the legs. Ever since I've started, I've noticed a dramatic difference in mine.
