hey karen, it's glo. just wanted to say sorry about the sleep paralysis thing... sometimes coughing (well trying to cough) can help make the epidsodes end quicker. also since it happens because of a funky REM cycle, going to bed at an irregular time can trigger it. stress/change does too. oh and definitely avoid sleeping on your back...veryveryverybad things happen. hope that helps! cya at cal. maybe. :)
hi...i think moving my hand helps. yeah i slept on my back one of the occasions, so now i sleep on my side and i havent had any more :) i heard about your mcat-studying! sounds so hardcore...9 hr test. anyway good luck on that!
