Valentine's cum Anniversary celebration
To celebrate the above, we went on a short trip to Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea. For the 3 days that we were there, it rained on 2 of the days. Thank God for protecting us on the road and keeping us safe. Despite the unfavourable weather we made the most out of it and enjoyed ourselves.
The highlight of Monterey has to be the Monterey Bay Aquarium. It is huge and we like that it is so educational and there's a great emphasis on conservation. The jellies and sea otters are our fave.

A walk around the Fisherman's Wharf is recommended to soak in the sights and enjoy the buzz. It is also a way to appreciate its history.
