You know what I reckon? I reckon Lil Ed is a bit (or a lot
even) afraid to get too hopeful about this marriage thing
becoming legal in their state. He's such a big ol realist
and I know his heart would break to see Hank's break if it
doesn't happen. That's what I reckon.

I reckon you're right. And Hank's heart sure will break if it doesn't happen. But Ed is from a real long-lived family and Hank is in real good health too - (knock on wood, of course) So... Here's hoping...
