Thanks, I just read an article about Utah and how they are suing the Govenor cause he won't recognize the same sex marriages. How does this affect Hank and Ed?

That's what Hank was hoping would happen - that the ACLU would sue because the state of Utah is refusing to recognize all the same-sex marriages that took place in Utah, including Ed and Hank's.

But the federal govt IS recognizing them as legal, so that is good news! And Hank is confident the federal appeal court ruling will go their way too - and then the state Utah will be forced to recognize Ed and Hank's marriage and the rest of them too and everyone will have equal rights in Utah!

Ed and Hank still can't quite believe it themselves. Hank has faith that the federal court system won't let them, and all other same sex couples down - although he still can't help but be nervous about it. Our very best wishes to you too!
