Sungmin refuses to go out of her room even on the next day. She’s still feeling sick and.. it’s just she doesn’t feel like meeting anyone. When Siwon come the next morning, she pretend to sleep, just don’t know how to face him. She’s freaking confused what to do for the next step. Should she just abort her pregnancy and bury the fact until she died?
But no, despite of the complicated situation now, she secretly love the fact that she’s carrying a baby, not to mention it’s a baby from the one she loves the most. It means there’s a part of Kyuhyun that she has. She smiles so bitterly when again she thinks about that, rubbing her belly quite lovingly.
Her smile disappear as she thinks about how to let Siwon know this. She knows sooner or later, Siwon should know the fact that his fiancee is pregnant by another guy. And if Siwon couldn’t accept it, she wouldn’t mind about their breaking up. Then she would stay alone, would give a birth even without a father figure for her baby. She can accept it, yes she’s sure about this, because she realize there’s no way for her to come back to Kyuhyun.
A tear forms on the corner of her eyes. Kyuhyun... you don’t know how much i need you right now. But it’s like we aren’t meant to be together from the beginning. But i want you to know... i’m willing to have this baby, our baby, even without you beside me. I am sorry i can’t let you know about your baby, i won’t take a risk. You know my Mom... and i know you will do something about this. I just can’t let you know.
And how much i need you to know that if i could choose, i actually would choose to come back to you even i have to leave this fancy life, as long as i’m with you. But you know it’s not that easy... I wish i could just be selfish for once in my life, Kyuhyun...
Please.. can you just take me away from here...
She shut her eyes to prevent another tears escaping, but to no avail. She feels like screaming her lungs out. She’s crying until her body shaking so hard, curling into a ball and burrying her body under the blanket.
Heechul come to her room when she’s sleeping, exhausted from crying. She looks at the little figure sleeping on the bed. She actually pities her, she doesn’t have a heart to witness this vulnerable and lifeless state of Sungmin. She’s silently crying while caressing her hair, realizing how much Kyuhyun’s absent affect her life so much. I wish i could help you, Minnie. I want to see your smile again, i want you to be happy.

Kyuhyun gets up lazily from the couch when the doorbells heard. He wonders who will come in this late. It’s fuckin 11 pm and he’s already asleep.
“Hyung?”
“Kyuhyun, oh God.. why you never answer my call?” Hangeng come inside even without Kyuhyun permission.
“I’m sorry, Hyung.. it’s just.. you called me in a wrong time, always like that.” He lower his head, not sure if that was a good excuse.
“Yeah.. and what is this? You rarely drink, Kyuhyun.” Hangeng points at the wine bottle on the table, shaking his head in disbelief. Kyuhyun remains silent, dashing to the kitchen to take pure water. Hangeng follows him, leaning in the door way.
“When will you get all these things straight?” Hangeng ask firmly, crossing his arms on the chest. Kyuhyun only heaves a heavy sigh then drinking his water. But still silent, how frustrating.
Hangeng mess his hair frustratingly, “It’s been a few weeks, and i still see you’re being like this. Kyuhyun.. listen. You know you can make one change, one decision. I am sure you know what i’m talking about.” He continues his monologue, still in firm look. There’s a pause.
“Hyung...” Finally. At least Kyuhyun is trying to say something, even though in some kind of frustrating you-don’t-know-anything manner.
“You know i’m...” but Hangeng cuts him first.
“What? A coward? Yes you are, Kyuhyun. And selfish.” Hangeng is still in calm, but not fail to stab him by his words, leaving him off of guard. Kyuhyun swallows hard, speechless. He even cannot look at him in the eyes. Yes, he understand what his hyung’s talking about.
“Hyung.. please.. please don’t force me like this. I know i’m a selfish jerk, but i’m just still confused for now. And it’s not that easy.” He runs hands to his messy hair then to his untreated face.
“It’s all in your hand. I’m just reminding you that you in fact can do something about this. For the sake of your love. Well, if you really love her though.”
“Of course i love her, Hyung! Can’t you see how my life has been messed up these days?” Hangeng can hear his voice shaking a bit. Yes, of course he knows Kyuhyun loves Sungmin, and vice versa.
“Yeah.. But just don’t be so slow. I’m leaving now. Take good care of yourself.” Hangeng says as he approach him to pat his shoulder and head.
“Thanks, Hyung... I’m sorry.” Hangeng only gives him a reassuring smile before leaving.

It’s on the fifth day when finally Sungmin feel like recovering and getting back to work. Siwon has been an understanding fiance on these past few days, not really disturbing her with any question or unwanted attention. And she’s thankful for that.
They are doing their routines like usual, going to office in the morning, attending some meetings in the afternoon, going home in the evening. But one thing, Sungmin has been a quiet person, spacing out a lot of times. Don’t think Siwon cannot realize it, because he is aware of that of course. And it makes him worried and curious yet at the same time he kinda hesitate to ask, don’t wanna bother her with possessive question.
The next day, Sungmin decides to go to hospital to make sure about her pregnancy. She tell Siwon that she’s gonna meet her high school friend in lunch break. So, she’s going to hospital by cab alone. It is like a second night mare when she herself hear the confirmation from the doctor. “You’re married?” the doctor ask her.
She widens her eyes but trying to not show her shock, “No... not yet, I’m engaged.” She fake a smile.
“Oh, that’s okay. What a lucky guy. He must be happy to hear this news. I hope you’re gonna get married soon.” The doctor says sincerely.
“Thank you, Doctor.” They shake hands before Sungmin leaving.
Sungmin walk slowly in the hallway, looking down, mind flying away. She knows she should tell Siwon first before anyone. She bites her lips nervously as she imagine how Siwon will react about this. But the sooner she tell him, the better, before the bulge on her tummy getting visible.
Little did she knows, someone is watching her worriedly. Is she sick? But yeah, she looks pale.
But why is she alone?
Ryeowook doesn’t want to make a scene, so she decide to not show herself in front of Sungmin. Of course.. Ryeowook is working in the hospital as a nurse. She thinks this is something to tell to Kyuhyun. But to think of it again, she doesn’t want to add his misery. She realize that both of them have been suffering enough, that she doesn’t know how they could be together again.
Ryeowook let this be for the time being.

Sungmin decide to tell Siwon tonight. Who knows if she tells him, she will find a way to solve this problem, even it means she will deliver baby without company, even it means she will break up with Siwon and remain as single mother.
Sungmin and Siwon stay silent on the way back home, like usual. Only some simple conversation occasionally about work. Sungmin bites her lower lip as they reach her house. It is the time, Sungmin.
“Siwon...” she starts hesitantly.
“Yes?”
“I’m pregnant.” She finally says it, flatly but firm, looking down at her thighs.
“Sungmin.. what are--?” Siwon chuckles in disbelief, but his heart beats faster.
“Siwon, i said i’m pregnant.” She looks up at him, voice louder than before but softer at the same time. She’s trembling as she’s in the verge of crying.
Siwon realize it’s time for him to take it seriously. He pauses, then heave a long sigh. “Sungmin...” he runs his hands through his hair. Too shocked to even react.
“Oh Lord... is that why you... Sungmin... are you sure?” Siwon lost words, massaging his temple.
“I have checked it. Siwon... i’m really sorry...” She finally cries, feeling kinda embarrassed, burying her face on her own palms. “I didn’t expect this to happen now i don’t know what to do anymore Siwon i swear i just wanna die...” She cries out non-stop.
Siwon, of course he’s disappointed, a lot actually. Hell no, he’s devastated. But to witness this vulnerable Sungmin in front of him, he can’t help but also pity her. He feels like drowning in the sea. What to do now? She’s now his fiancee, means his responsibility. But it’s not he can blame Kyuhyun for this mess. He knows Sungmin and that guy are in love with each other.
Siwon pulls her into a hug to comfort her, because it’s only thing that he can do for now. “Let’s find a way out, okay? I promise.”
Siwon doesn’t even know what he’s talking about, but he’s sure his love for this girl is enough to make himself sacrifice.

It’s Saturday now, Sungmin doesn’t bother to wake up early in the morning. Not to mention, she’s just not in the mood to meet anyone. So, she just decide to visit her mom in her room, just daily checking up.
She stops at her track as she open the door to her mom’s room. She can hear there’s a man voice. Siwon? What is he doing here in the morning?
“I know it’s so sudden, Mrs. Lee. But.. i want to marry your daughter sooner.” Sungmin gape at this statement. Siwon sounds so confident and gentleman at the same time. Seriously, what is this, Siwon?
How come he wants to get married when he knows his fiancee is carrying other guy’s baby? Sungmin sometimes can’t get him. But she knows this is his way to help her because he doesn’t mention anything about her pregnancy. It was just “I want to marry your daughter sooner.” Does it mean he wants to keep this as secret, and when the time comes, he will claim it as his own baby?
Sungmin feels so dizzy all of a sudden, deciding to walk back to her room. She doesn't know if this is a good idea or not.
