man thats crazy. i had one online relationship before, he was a filipino also, but i knew he was real because there were a few friends i have that actually knew him.

but anyways...if lolita really wants a proof that this guy is real or not, have him take a picture that she could actually see his face clearly, and have him hold a paper saying his name and stuff and that he is real....and also have him wear a red shirt or something. lol.. and if he wont do that, then he is fake!!!! if what i said completely confused you, then here's an example:

Aww thanks ! Yeah well I didn't go out to get it yet, my friends have been stopping me to get it cause my face is round and it wouldn't suit me. But knowing me I would go with my own instincts and go for it. Can't wait :)

that is irksome to be fooled like that for months! I'm sorry for Lolita, that she's hurt like this.

You're right, emotions on the net can escalate to great heights esp. if you think the person sharing their "life" with you is telling the truth too. It's an odd experience.

I would compare this to how I interact with you and the others on my f-list. You don't know how I might act in RL but you guys probably know more about me in truth and what going on in my head than the people around me physically where I might fake a happy exterior.

Thankyou for your sympathy, yeah it sucks to have undergone what she's been through. It will be a good lesson for her though. Cause she usually goes with her heart, rather then her head.

people that do things like that are sick people and have no lives. it's pathetic how they pose as people they're not; and they really have no sense. i'm sorry that happened to your friend.. and i also hope that it never happens to her again. along with you, i also wish curse upon whoever that was that posed as "jake the fake" [perfect nickname by the way. :)].
