John finally got some more information about his new assignment. He says it's about 90% travel time, mainly overseas. The orders do include family, but I really don't want to move to the D.C. area with just me and Kevin. He didn't say anything about on-post housing, only that a 1/1 apartment in the area runs well over $1,000. We'd be alone in a ( Read more... )

I don't suppose you'd be talking about somewhere in Tennessee, would you?? I might rather Kentucky, but if you know of something fantastic for sale (i.e., acreage, room for lots of kids, dogs and horses) let me know!!

P.S. I really like snow and cold cold winters - as long as I have long underwear and a good heating system, that is!
