I am having a really hard time doing much at work. I think since they have told me they are done with me, I am done with them also. I am thinking of what comes next and not what is happening now. I know I should do the work I have agreed to do, but it is difficult to get myself to care.

I am kind of feeling the same way. Even though it's me that's done, it's hard to work up any enthusiasm about anything.

It really is. It just doesn't matter how much I get done. I won't be here next month, so I don't care. I just don't.

I'm kinda in the same boat. I don't know if I'll have a job come July 1 or not (or even later depending on when the state budget actually gets signed). It's really difficult to get motivated. I do what I can but there really isn't a sense of urgency that I used to have. I even dread coming in.

I feel the same way. I don't want to come in anymore. I feel like there is no point.

It's not fun. The bright side is that better things could be just around the corner. For me, my plan will be to go to grad school full time. I'll be able to stay at home with the kids and not have to worry about work if they are sick.

I'm trying to find a positive to loosing my job. It's the not knowing that is making me sick. Really sick. I wish they would just go ahead and do it and then I could move on. Instead I wait.

Things will work out for you. I know they will.

I know what you mean. It was kind of a relief when they finally told me they didn't have the money for me to continue after June 30. Now I can move on, like you said. I am planning to write more and maybe get my craft business started like I have wanted to for a long time. My mom said she would start looking for supplies for me to use in mosaics at yard sales. So, all I will really have to buy is the cement or clay for the base.

Anyway, I hope you find out soon, too, one way or another.
