So... we may be moving... again. Not to another state this time. But, from the house we are in to an apartment. There are many reasons for this choice. One, the house is falling down around us. A lot of things in life you never know are going to work until you try it. There's a saying, something like "You only lose when you don't try."

I hear ya on the heating/cooling costs! And if necessary things are being fixed by the landlord, that kind of irritation adds up.

Hopefully the costs will even out and be lower in the long run. Good luck!
