I think last night was the best night of sleep I have had in a little over three weeks. I was in bed by 9ish and actually falling asleep by 10:30. Well that was a lot quicker than I expected. Just yesterday morning I turned in the holter monitor, and by 5:30 yesterday evening my cardiologist was calling me with the results.
