Leatherman make-up--anybody know of what?

A friend sent this batch of photos to me, and included was this cool pic of a guy in make-up that made him look like he was made of leather. It's labeled as coming from the funpic site, but I can't figure out how to find it

You can tell I haven't paid too much attention to those movies!

It's actually a little disappointing. I was thinking along the lines of a local punkin-head character haunting the hills. Something the SPN boys might encounter in a sleepy little town.
