I'm split between saying 'hopefully' and 'hopefully not'!
I got your parcel! Thank you you very much! I love the starfish (I'm feeling challenged to do something arty in return) and the bag - it is indeed a handy size.
All served to remind me that I have done nothing about Christmas at all...
I'm glad you like the starfish. Who knows. If this thing with my brother takes off, it might become valuable one day!
The handy thing about doing these ACEOs is that my Christmas kinda got taken care of as a side benefit.
I wasn't sure if the Ecuadorian bag was like anything you could easily find in England. I know if I had bought it in the 'States, I would have paid 5 times the price.
I'm feeling challenged to do something arty in return.
You could write me a story, if you're looking for a something to get the writing juices going. That would be wizard!
I love the art at the flickr link. I know you will sell all of them. I love them all, really. The scratchboard is something that is near and dear to my heart but the markers on Bristol board are just as amazing. Good luck, dearie!
It seems a sin to make money at them, I enjoy doing them so much. But I can feel good for it, in this case.
I haven't been on the computer much at all, but I need to go through your posts because I'm sure you've put up some of your art as well. I love seeing what other people do on the scratchboard.
*hangs head* I know. I feel guilty. I'm never around much, but lately I haven't been at the computer at all.
I'm glad you like the ACEOs. They're fun to do, and I've been amazed at how people respond to them. Something about the size, I think. At any rate, it's been a great experience, and it makes me want to spend all my time creating more of them.
You're so very talented at this miniature stuff. I can see why you compare it to writing drabbles, so much in such a tiny space and yet it doesn't look crowded. I love my apples and am also feeling guilty at not sending a gift this year. You wouldn't be in need of a chunky hat by any chance would you?
Don't feel guilty. I do love your hats, but I don't want you to feel you must send anything.
Between the trip to Ecuador and doing these ACEOs (I've managed to create 239 of them!) I was overflowing with bounty, and practically had to give gifts this year. I've been so lucky and there just comes a point where you are compelled to share!
The craft show runs the 3rd and 4th. I'm so hyped I'm bouncing off the walls.

I missed not doing the nano thing. This is the second year I've been unable to join in, but my ACEOs are an awful lot of fun (but I miss you all).
Good luck at the craft show!
Thank you. I'm really curious to see how I do. I think I'll have something totally different from the other vendors.
