Because my car is in the shop and I'm home-bound for the day I've decided to pull a LotR marathon >:3 All three extended-edition movies watched consecutively X3 Yeah baby!

And while I watch I'm trying to finish this week's entries for PC and IT because I'm totally lame and waited until the last minute ^^;;

Wow. So much time. LoTR is the best. So are marathons. Some of us are planning to do a Matrix one. Fun? How was it? Enjoy your day at home sweet home. Eat lots of popcorn!

I'm now two movies in and have just started Return of the King ^__^ It's funny, but even though Frodo is the main character of the entire triology, I really have no interest in his side of the story (mostly because Gollum freaks me out a bit ^^;;) I love Helms Deep though and am definitely looking forward to Minis Tirith :3 (spelling?)

It's nice having a full day off where I can just spend the entire thing in my pajamas lounging about on the couch X3 It doesn't happen very often ^_~

I love Arwen. Gollum's our darkest selves. He reminds me of Anakin from Star Wars even though Anakin's my favorite character from there.

I agree.

I finished my homework yesterday for tomorrow so it's free even though I feel as if I should do something. :3

I can see the similarities now that you have helped point them out to me *nods* Gollum is definitely our "id", our basest urges, etc. but he still scares me a little XD I'm sure Freud would have way too much fun with that idea ^_~

The LotR movies are awesome! (I've only managed to get through half of each book before quitting) My favorite is the 2nd one! (though most people's aren't) I love the battle scene at Helm's Deep because it was so touching and kick-ass at the same time! (though they killed off Haldir for no reason >_<) Enjoy your marathon!

Hee, thank you ^___^ It was highly entertaining and I love watching Helm's Deep :3 Actually, my favorite part of that battle is the competition between Legolas and Gimli X3 I'm horrible.

Oh, I love that part!! It's hilarious. Legolas shoots down orcs with no effort...poor Gimli...And the "Throw Me!" part! XD I love that movie...

Have you seen the extended edition of Helm's Deep? The competition is even more pronounced in that version X3

And I love the look Aragorn gives Gimli when he tells him to throw him XD
