Time must flow differently here than on other worlds, if it's Christmas again. Two within the span of three weeks - I suppose some would consider this lucky.

It appears that many people received these plants - does anyone know who they're from? I'm disinclined to trust gifts from unknown sources.

psychic plants, christmas

Better than my three days ago.

No doubt the "gracious" hosts that have brought us here. If not... only more dubious does the deed make.

I suppose a brief respite from the festivities is appreciated - even if neither here nor there was particularly festive.

I'm not sure which of those two options I dislike the most, really.

I wish I could disagree with that last part... At least this time I got to see ..part of...my family. I could not say the same for the time before.

Neither are very reassuring in the end.

A small consolation, I suppose. I for one am glad to have not seen any family here - that would be an unexpected and rather unpleasant surprise.

Indeed. I wonder if we're free to toss them, or if the givers would frown on such an action...

Individuals can be pulled to this world from any point in their time. It may not be so much "time flows differently", as you were pulled from your time after celebrating your holiday and placed here.

Likely the scientists, though it is impossible to say why.

Ah. A possibility I hadn't considered, though it's likely the correct one.

Do they do this sort of thing often?

Not that you have anything to celebrate.

On the contrary, I've had much to celebrate. I'd gotten rid of you the first time around, for one.

You didn't do a good enough job.

Clearly. I'll be sure to do a more thorough job next time.
