My niece Hannah is only 6; on Friday, their security screen door fell off its runners onto her foot. Much blood and screaming later, off to the doctor and x-rays. I think there is a correlation between my moods and the weather. Even though we need the rain (the whole country has been in drought for years), I always feel a bit despondent when it is raining, and immediately pick up when the weather brightens. Today has been one of those days when I do nothing, just amble through life. I started the day by playing some favourite albums, which always gets me in a happy state of mind.
