I just finished grading your exams.
I realized that your really serious problem is VOCABULARY.
Some of you left the endings of words unclear on the exam.
Do you know why? It is because you are not sure about the endings.
So my decision is like this.
I am going to make you learn vocabulary. How?
What do you think about that?
It seems to me that the best way to give you quizzes AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE.
How about every Wednesday and Monday? I don't care about your reaction.
My decision will go on. So you'd better start to learn new words for chapter
8.
This coming Monday, I am going to ask you about nouns and verbs. Just do it!
Again, trust me and follow me. I am your shepherd.
I know where we should go. Just trust me and follow me.
Although you don't feel like doing homework or studying Russian anymore,
don't let yourself seduced by another ego in yourself.
Just keep doing Russian. As I told you, you'd better make Russian a part of
your daily life. Otherwise, it's hard for you to learn Russian.
In the beginning level, Russian is Fxxking hard. I know that. That's why I
make you spend more time on it.
It's not Spanish or Portuguese. It's Russian, which is one of the hardest
languages in the world.
Russian native speakers don't feel how hard it is, but I do know it, because
I am not a native speaker.
However, I think Russian is not that hard in advanced levels, because it is
very logical language and has much less exceptions than English does.
I don't know how far you want to go with Russian, but you will be able to
understand what I am talking about when you're a senior in Russian major or
when you know Russian much better than now.
Most of all, I want to be a responsible teacher.
When I was a college student, my teacher didn't care about students that
much. I hated that.
I decided that when I had a chance to teach something, I wouldn't teach like
that.
Anyway, you do your best as students and I do my best as a teacher. That's
it!
