[...And this guy, who happens to be like 6'9 but is so skinny he probably can't weigh in at more than 120 lbs, pops up quite literally out of nowhere with red eyes + fangs. Initial attack is an attempt to five-star Josuke with an electrically charged hand]

[Unfortunately, with an increase on his speed... this guy is able to evade that easily. Sometimes just physically (and literally) dancing out of the way, and sometimes teleporting. when there's a the break in the barrage, he teleports again... above Josuke. He then sends down a small bolt of blue lightning from his palm]
