I am playing MOMO from the end of Episode II. She is getting ready to live with her mother right after the events of the game ended.
Personality: MOMO is a 100-series observational Realian, a classification that carries a lot of meaning for her personality. Further more, she is modified after a 12 year old girl, both in body and mind. All of this pulls together to form her unique personality.
It obviously very important to MOMO's personality that she is a "Realian"-- an artifial human. There are many other Realians in the time period that MOMO is from, but she is rather special.
The first note about her appearance is her body. MOMO is modeled after a 12 year old girl, and not just any such 12 year old. She is modeled after the late daughter of her creator, a girl named "Sakura". This gives her a role in Sakura's family, as she has been officially listed as the daughter of her late creator and his ex-wife. With her mother as her only living relative, MOMO tries hard to please her "mommy" and lives with her. Her mother is, however, quite cold towards the girl with her deceased daughter's face. But MOMO continues to love her.
But her most special compoenents aren't just skin-deep. MOMO has a heart. She is, in fact, more human than any other Realian. MOMO has a "personality function" that allows her to feel emotions like any other little girl. This heart is, however, an optional function, a fact that distresses MOMO to think about.
This leads to the reason why MOMO doesn't like to be called by what she is-- a "100-series Prototype Realian". She would much rather be called MOMO. MOMO has a slight longing to be human, and believes that she can become a real little girl (somehow) if she does good deeds-- because she remembers her daddy saying so. She also works hard to help others maintain their humanity. This is why she nicknames Ziggurat 8 as "Ziggy"; so he wouldn't be a mere serial number.
She is also an Observational Realian, further classifying her. As such, MOMO...well, observes. She will nonchalantly list off her observations at times, which have ranged from coordinates to "fyi gate out ahead". She can note temperature more accurately, see further, hear more, etc. than a normal human can. MOMO also does tricks! She can read other languages quite easily and work with computers with a decent amount of skill, as well as pilot a spacecraft and drive a car down the freeway like Speedracer. All of these talents are ones that MOMO is completely aware of and uses when she needs to. She's neither modest nor braggy about them; she just accepts that, as a Realian, she can do these things. If a situation arises where MOMO realizes that she is more capable at these than someone else, and that they need the more capable person to be the one doing it, she would probably do it herself. However, she usually doesn't need to, as she trusts others.
Finally, MOMO is a 100-series. She is actually the prototype, which makes her even more special. MOMO contains information left by her father called the Y-Data, information that many organizations want to obtain for themselves. She recognizes her value to some degree, but once again, MOMO does not flaunt this. She is, however, the potatoe in a game of Hot Potato that lasts most of the series.
Her value has led MOMO to suffer many hardships. She's been kidnapped, attacked, protected, and it's implied she was at least mind-raped by Albedo. MOMO has seen the nasty side of the world because of this, but she is "Tougher than she looks"... which is quite true. Despite all of these terrible things, MOMO continues to be fairly trusting and naive. Albedo has referred to her as "pure" (before the mind-rape, mainly), which is still mostly true. Even with all of the horrorific things MOMO has witnessed and brought about, she believes in the good in people and the world.
MOMO is a kind and caring sort of person who wants to understand and help people. And she does her very best too. MOMO is the type of person to keep herself busy so that she can take care of and help everyone. In the game battles, MOMO is mainly a healer, after all. She likes to take care of everyone. When it comes to it, MOMO will lay everything down on the line for the good of everyone. In the second game, this includes destroying her own mind and heart in order to protect the data entrusted to her when she's nearly hacked.
She is also a forgiving girl. Perhaps even naive. When her mother can't/won't see her, MOMO makes up excuses to explain to herself why her mother can't be with her. She never once lets herself think that her mother doesn't love her. Similarly, even after all of the hell Albedo put her and her friends through, she seems to willing to try to forgive him. Seeing the good in people in one of MOMO's strengths and faults, but she likely won't touch the burning stove too many times before she learns her lesson.
All in all, MOMO is a cheerful girl. She's friendly and caring and very loving and forgiving. MOMO may be very special, but she doesn't have a swelled head but rather does her best not to be a burden. And though she may have originally been an attempt to revive Sakura, MOMO was left to develop her own heart, and she continues to develop a personality.
Abilities: MOMO has a number of "ether" attacks that she uses in the games, which require her weapons (various wands and ether bows) to use. These range from long range attacks to healing abilities.
She also has an artificial body. Her Realian functions give her a number of abilities, ranging from accute observatory senses to being a tough girl. She will also have to regain her msc abilities, such as the ability to read many languages and drive cars and spacecrafts like a pro.

Wow... So this is what it feels like to be a real girl. It's kind of weird, not being able to sense all of the things I used to, but... I sort of like it.
Even so...
Like this, I'm not of much use to anyone, am I? Everyone's working so hard to get out of here but I don't know what I can do in a body like this... It's not that I don't like being a human, but... Maybe it would be better for everyone if I tried to get my Realian body back as soon as possible. Maybe then I could find a way out of here, somehow...
