Dude, I am so glad I am circumsized. Luckily, my penis was circumsized because a foreskin is a breeding ground for infections and bacteria, not because my parents were Jewish.

And yes you can get circumsized after the age of 13, but he has to be (get this) fully erect when the doctor does it.
