Every night before bed my stomach hurts like crazy. I know it's self-induced, but I don't know how to stop it...
Some moments I feel so old and some moments I feel like an infant. :-/ and then sometimes I feel in between, like the thoughts in my head come out mumbled.
Life is passing by so fast.
This weekend John-Robin and I are taking a road-trip

I've been searching for the meaning of "well-written" for awhile. I've come to believe that a lot of the poetry I read in poetry groups is a bit pretentious. For example, I like Pinsky but is he really an amazing poet if only writers enjoy him?

Then again... many people consider Robert Frost an amazing poet and I don't really enjoy most of his poetry.

I think that it is important to write to an audience if you want to write good poetry. In order to write to an audience, you need to know your audience. Most of the writing I do is for myself. So... if I ever want to write really good poetry I have to pick a type that I think will sell and I have to pick who I want to sell it to.
