Ok so just so you know, the following post is going to be about God/Jesus. I didn't start up this journal again just solely for that purpose, but something last night struck me. I really don't agree with any of your reasonings.

"How did he get so many people to follow him? I mean, if he didn't perform any miracles of any sort, I don't see how anybody would have been willing to give up their jobs, families, former religions, and basically lives to go spread his word. I know that if I wasn't 100% convinced of something, I wouldn't be willing to leave home and travel alone convincing people of something that just some random guy told me to say."

Hitler anyone?? He convinced a hell of a lot of people to do things for him.

People don't believe them because we're a BIT smarter now than those thousands of years ago.

I really wouldn't compare hitler to jesus. Hitler appealed to a specific group of people by building them up by denouncing thousands of others. Jesus, on the other hand, welcomed everybody despite their race, social standing, etc ( ... )
