Yesterday and today, I have been reinstalling every PC game that I own, as well as downloading some new ones. I also have a bit of a craving for online play. Good games good games..

I have or could get most of those games. If and when i play PC games online its usually just Counterstrike Source, I loved playing Battlefield 2 online but the laptop that im using to game doesnt have a good enough video card to play that. oowell.. heh.

I agree with you on the Frantic FPS's that are online...I used to love playing Unreal Tourny when i was younger but nowadays spawning and dying every 2.5 seconds gets annoying.

I attended a Paintball event at Gillette stadium and Intel had a large booth setup with Quake 4 running on a bunch of high end Dell computers. Too bad I didn't hang around for the tournament. It was alot of fun and a bit slower paced than previous Quake games, so it was a bit easier to follow the action.
I need to get back into CS. I played it a ton quite a while ago, but then stopped. It was a time when I felt the singleplayer game was much more important and interesting than multiplayer. I still do, but I'm slowly getting back into regularly playing online games. And since I'm not going anywhere for a while so I can save money, I should have plenty of time to get back into online play.

Yea i agree that singleplayer games are generally a lot more fun than multi. That is unless you have a lan party or something like that going on, or the game in particular is made to be a multiplayer game (Battlefield 2, CS, etc)
Right now the comp i use to play games has no internet access so im stuck with singleplayer games which sucks but its great because im replaying all the great games that i loved, and playing a few new ones too.
