If you had the opportunity to kill any evil doer in the entirety of human history, who would you kill? And name one possible *negative* historical consequence of this action.

Jack the Ripper. Why? Because nobody else has ever stood up for those women. Possible negative connotation? Well odds are good that I'd get caught. and if Jack was really a prince, well my circumsion at birth is going to make the Jewish community in England very sad.
