A good friend of mine lost his grandfather over the weekend. We just got back from the wake a while ago. I just got in from a 10 hour recertification class for the Department of Forestry. I had to take my Federal Pack Test today which is walking 3 miles carrying 45 pounds of weight on my shoulders in 45 minutes. That is 1.5 downhill and 1.5 back uphill. I really do have a good life. I have great friends,a wonderful family, and I am having a great time. Classes this semester are going to be challenging and I love a good challenge.
