That's the general idea- and thank you for coming out to help!
[And as much as she'd like to introduce herself properly, the water level is slowly but steadily rising. So her attention immediately returns to the remains of a nearby wall, lifting chunks of crumbling concrete into the air, and in a flash of light, transmuting them into sandbags as they come to a rest on the library stairs.]
[Sometime later, the steady stream of sandbags will stop, as Twilight pauses to catch her breath.]
Whew... This is taking a bit more out of me than I expected... but at least the job is much further along than I could have ever managed without you. There might be hope yet of saving the books~
We're going to need a perimeter around the whole library- it's coming along well so far, but if you can get out here and lend a hand, I'd be in your debt.

[A bit after this post appears on the network, Snape makes his way out of his house and over to the library under a Disillusionment charm because while this is the library, it's also a magical purple unicorn asking for help. Once there, wards are quickly cast to keep the rain from reaching the library and the ground surrounding it. Of course, that doesn't exactly do much to lessen the water that's already there, but he'll leave that to the others by leaving some transfigured sandbags nearby before heading back home.]

[Bubbles' guardians have told her not to play in the rain, but saving the day isn't playing - AND it's her duty! So here she is, flying to the library to help.]

[But... wait. What.]
Umm... Twilight Sparkle? Why are bags appearing out of nowhere over there? [She scratches her head and points at the sandbags InvisiSnape just deposited nearby.]
[Twilight is a bit amazed herself, but after a moment she grins.]
Whoever that was, thank you!
[She wasn't sure who it was that used their magic to help her out, but she could sense that they had done much more than add to their supply of sandbags.]
Just more kind people wanting to help save the library, I suppose. Now what do you say we put those to good use Bubbles?

You should also comb for anyone with abilities that can freeze water or redirect it with time, distortions in space, or anything like that.
