alright...i just went for my nightly run so i am now very tired and slightly winded. I love running! i would do it constantly if i could (but not ever for competition). its such a great feeling to just come in from a couple mile hard core run with ur music totally blasting the whole way adn your heart rate up! love it. absolutely. hands down. no ( Read more... )
