Hung out with Chris last night, had a blast. We hung out drank, relaxed and talked. It was a nice evening.

I went and did 45 minutes on the Eliptical, felt good, burned 610 calories.
It was a good time, then hit the steam room.

Eliptical 60 mines 920 calories burned, steam room 18 minutes.

Hit the Gym did 2 30 minute sets on the Eliptical. Burned 988 calories. Then did 10 minutes on the threadmill, burned 101 calories, did 1.06 mile.

I am fricken wore out...

Well, its that time of year for our Annual Chicago Snow Trip. I had a 8am meeting at my friends bar, i met him there and had some OJ while he counted last nights till.. :) I then decided to waste a $20 bill in the pull tab machine. I think won $504 dollars... lol

He thought i was fucking with him, but it was true winner! :)
