Eric, you shouldn't change the way you act based on what a few people might think. Sure, sometimes you have to step back and see what you're doing that's hurting people, but that is so much different than fixing annoying little quirks. Annoying things make people into the people they are, and you can't ust fix those.

So yeah, listen to what people would like you to improve, but you can't just change who you are if they think you should. & if you want to prevent mistakes from happening again? YOU look at yourself and what you did. Other people don't see through your eyes.

Look Eric I agree with the person above. Again i have to say i dont know what things your trying to "fix" or where you got the idea that you needed to fix them. But different people will say different things depending on how they feel that day. Now if YOU think there is a real problem and if YOU are expecting to hear a specific answer from people talk to one person about it, someone you can really trust to be honest and someone who knows you. And i say one person because there are just some people that no matter what you do they'll never like you. But i have said this but i'll say it again dont try to please everyone especially by changing your self its not worth it and maybe its them that need to change. I hate to see you so caught up and sad with this. And now that i've kept this long winded enough i'll say goodbye and ttyl.
