The Canon printer/scanner seems to work fine when used with the Canon software.

I got a beautiful image preview out of a little program that runs alongside GIMP 2.4.0rc3 and selected and area, and hit scan, and that area started scanning. A dialog appeared saying that the image was being transfered into the computer or something to that effect. ( Read more... )
