Thanks! I got a righteous sunburn out of it, but otherwise I had a blast; I'd definitely recommend it if it's something you haven't done before, you've got the workout, the water, the teamwork, and the nature, and I can't think of any other experience that's really quite like it.

Thanks for commenting! =)

Didn't you just love it. You must do the rapids on the Snake River in Wyoming. Pure adrenalin rush. I envy your trip down the water. very well written.

An excellent write-up of something that I would think would be inherently difficult to capture -- well done! :D

Thanks! I'm glad everything worked for you; it was tricky at the beginning, and I really did pay close attention to trying to write a story that showed my experiences while also not assuming that everyone already knew what I was talking about. Thanks again for taking the time to comment! =)

I did river rafting once on a very tame river, but even that was exhilarating. We almost got wrapped around a rock.

This was a fun read. :)

It was supposed to be more mild, but with all the rain it jacked up the Class levels. And it wasn't even the rainy season! xD It's the sort of thing that seems like it would be fun no matter the conditions (although I'm certainly not looking to go over any waterfalls in the future xD), and I'm glad you enjoyed the story! Thanks for taking the time to comment!
