I was a bit hysterical earlier but i'm better now. I'm not having panic attacks or crying my eyes out, however, i am a little bit sad.

It's about to get sad and depressing, so if you'd rather not remember jr year of high school, then don't read this.

I know that James and I weren't best friends.

Sometimes, weirdly, something will remind me of James and those black days. I always wonder if that's strange -- I mean, I didn't know him well at all. It's just that that was the closest look I ever had at death. And it's painful when I consider how many years ago that was, and we're all growing up but those people we lost in high school, they'll be young forever.

I know what you mean though about being affected. I didn't know any of those people except in passing but I felt like the impact their passing had on the school was profound. I think it is just that reminder that as much as life sucks, it's that precious thing being taken so soon that sucks even more. I'm glad you're dealing. That's all we can do; just know how hard and confusing life is and resolve to make the best of it.
