Well today was kinda interesting. I was supposed to be in nursery at church all morning. But I asked Katie to sit in there so I could go to Sunday School. Tom has started a new class and I really wanted to be in there. He is doing a class on worship and I feel like I really need to learn how to do it the correct way ( Read more... )

I went to a differnet church then my parents always... so if if shes happy let her be! Its hard to be happy at church if you feel you don't fint in, or if someone wants you to go there and you dont want to be there... I have been to over 14 churches and I believe if you are praying there is no one place you need to be as long as you know God.

Well, you go into that place, that building, that church, to worship god. But, you go in there to do it with friends, and family. It should be both things. If it isn't, than why go to church, when you can do the same thing at home, by yourself.

A church is god's house, in which to worship with other people. People don't have to like you, but they at least should be friendly. Isn't that part of being a christian?

You do the best you can, with what you are given. If people can't respect that, or at least respect you because you are trying, than they are no better than Judas. He betrayed Christ, and those people will too.
Let someone have a problem with these words I speak, because it is truth, and they are not worth anything in my book, if they fight against truth.

I may not be the best son, and it might seem like I don't try enough sometimes, but you are my mother. NO ONE, can take that away from me, or have enough words to do so. Let them come, because you are worth more than their fake faith anyday.

Dont forget my low self esteem here. They might want to be friends but think Im the stand offish one. And Idont think any of them have fake faith there.

But thanks for loving me anyways. No matter what I have done. Thanks. I love you.

I think that you should ask the questions. Who cares what people think? You want answers- you've gotta ask the questions. It was Gen that said that about friends and worshipping. I think it is both and I think that God honors relationships (friendships) that are centered around him. I also think however, that if people are the main reason, then it is not the right reason. Does that make sense ( ... )
