highs and lows

I surely do wish i could stabilize my emotions-for as high as i was last weekend i am just as low now..two good days in the shop send me soaring and making big plans and two bad days send me spiraling back down to earth with a thud. Why can't i just go with the flow and keep myself on an even keel
